Foster for SCMR

I will be adding 2-3 foster homes in the upcoming year.  This will allow SCMR to take in dogs to find them forever homes.  The current sanctuary dogs will remain at SCMR.  This program is for new dogs.  All medical expenses including flea/tick/heartworm medication is covered by SCMR.  SCMR will also provide food for the rescue dog.  A foster home will be a place of safety, comfort, and teaching for the SCMR Rescue dog.
