💜Re-Do kennels. We received some kenneling to update kennels. Both barns need tear outs on the interior, re-insulate, new outdoor dog runs x7, 3 new barn doors. Update electric to add heat/cool if able.
💜 dirt and mulch. The dogs have destroyed near the house with their excavating and I need dirt to fill in. My hopes it will stop the basement from taking on water during heavy storms. Then adding mulch for sanitary reason as my mower can’t reach the small fenced in area by my home. Also, to prevent less track in of dirt inside and save me cleaning time.
💜Fencing. I have 6 rolls of fence to put up. 4 rolls are going to fence repair. Then to add height and keep costs down, I am added a 5ft PVC pipe to all existing t-posts to make the fence height 13ft. I will add fencing to the PVC pipe. This past winter, the snow drifted making my 8ft fence, 2 ft in some areas. So without tearing down all the fencing, I am patch repairing area broken from the storm, then adding height all the way around.
💜 Gertie our bus. Gertie has low mileage, but she’s full of rust. I have repaired the muffler in 2 places as it broke and was hanging.(just a patch) The gas tank leaks gasoline, parking brake doesn’t work, (unless it’s a flat area, she rolls. Buses don’t have park) and the left turn signal is out.( I replaced the bulb, but no luck) I am tossing with repairing her or starting over. Buses aren’t cheap to repair, and finding a new one with schools ending might be our best bet.
💜We need a short bus/transit bus to take dogs to and from places. My truck can only carry so many. Helps with vet trips.
💜 Play areas for enrichment. I want to get some large spools to build into an elevated platform for them to watch all the deer in the fields.
