Zoey came to me from a local rescue after being found drowning in a pond downstate near Detroit, Mi. She was microchipped and her owner stated she had re-homed her, but she picked her up and took her home to be on the news. Shortly after, she abandoned Zoey in a local homeless community to run free. She was captured and taken to the local ACO. They rehomed Zoey with SCMR
