Bella Bliss has not lived an easy life. She is around 5 years of age and her life all she has known is life at the end of a chain, Bella had litter after litter to make money for her owners. The sheriff dept in her area removed her from the property and she went to the local animal control. Bella is terrified of humans and while she was there she would pin herself against the back of the kennel in hopes nobody would see her and she would remain invisible. This did not get her adopted and there she stayed for 8 months. They reached out to SCMR and so we took Bella in. Bella is available for adoption.
