Atari came to me from a shelter in Michigan where his time had run out. He was purchased from a breeder to a home that did not understand the dogs needs, The breeder of course wouldn’t take him back, so he was surrendered to a shelter. To make room at that shelter, Atari was transferred to another shelter where he was adopted out, but a typical husky prey drive came out when he met their cats. To put it simple, Atari was out of control and nobody wanted to adopt him, He had been at the rescue long enough and time was up. Atari was to be euthanized, so he came to SCMR.
