Echo came to me from another rescue due to behaviors of aggression. He was a resource guarder and he had attempted to bite many people so much so, he wore a muzzle most of the time. He came to me with hair loss across the top of his nose from wearing the muzzle so often. Echo came to SCMR to be a sanctuary dog.
