Phoenix was rescued from the internet by someone who saw a free puppy being given away. Phoenix arrived to SCM with a plan to put her up for adoption. When insurance costs rose to high levels, all adoptions were removed and everyone became a sanctuary dog, My hopes are to train Phoenix to possibly run lead as Arlo will retire in the next couple years.
