Second Chance Mushers Rescue is a sanctuary home for northern breed dogs. We focus on training, rehabilitation, and teaching these dogs that life is full of fun and adventure.
Second Chance Mushers Rescue takes in many dogs that have behavior problems putting them at risk for euthanasia. SCMR works with these dogs to overcome these behaviors and begin to live a balanced life as a sanctuary dog.
I am a full time nurse and then I operate two side business to help keep my head above water. I bake dog treats to sell and offer dog sled rides in the winter months.
