Atari Adoption Fee $300
Atari is 3 years old, he was born August, 2020. Atari is AKC with paperwork to be registered. He is a full Siberian Husky. Atari can be a hyper husky, but also a loving husky wanting to snuggle. He wants to snuggle all the time in between playing.
Atari also LOVES water, specifically the hose. He swims in the pools, plays with the hose, but does
need supervision with the hose because he will play non-stop and he needs limits.
He will need someone active who can engage his mind/body daily to help keep him a balanced dog. Atari was adopted and returned twice prior to coming to SCMR. He has a high prey drive which is common with the breed so absolutely no home with small animals. Atari will also need a home without small children and he's a "hopper" and doesn't always watch where he's running. He is crate trained, good with other dogs, but it is advisable to not adopt him to a home with older dog's as he can be a bit too much. Atari is a great eater but can steal treats/food if nobody is looking. Atari has never shown aggression towards people, but he needs practice learning to give items back meaning he’s going to inhale whatever he took so you can’t take it.
He will require someone with knowledge and patience to work with these issues. He is not suited for a home with young children.
Atari had no problems with the vet for vaccines, but did growl for bloodwork so please ensure he wears a muzzle for vet checks.
Please fill out an adoption application if you are interested in adopting Atari.

Quigley just arrived to SCMR in October. He was less than 12hrs away from euthanasia. Quigley is a small boy, I suspect a Pomsky, he’s all of 35lbs.
Quigley is 2 years old, does not like some male dogs.
Quigley is a talker, ohh boy does he talk. He sounds of course like he’s dying with shrills I have never heard a dog make nor knew they were capable of making 😂
He’s also a snuggler and wants to be as close to you as he can.
Quigley is an escape artist. He’s short and small, but absolutely laughs at a 4 ft fence. He is part gazelle. 6ft high minimum fence is required! I will also provide a secure crate for him on adoption. He breaks out of flimsy crates and I want all SCMR dogs to be safe, so I will help.
Quigley is VERY VOCAL! He may sound mean, but he’s not. He’s just a 90mph jibber, jabber.
Like all adoptable Pups from SCMR, a meet and greet is required for all current dogs in your home.

Bella Bean
Bella, Bella, Bella. This poor girls life started out rough. This young girl is around 5 years old.
She has been tied up her entire life and has been a breeder dog. Conditions were so poor where she was, she was taken by the Sheriff and lived at animal control for 8 months.
Bella is very leery of strangers and is very shy. She will require a double leash when in public with a martingale collar to help keep her safe until she adapts to her new family.
She is a sweet girl, who wants to be loved, but the world is so new to her still, but she’s learning.
The TV can be scary as she tries to understand it. She loves the boy dogs and shakes her booty for them. Bella gets along fine with girl dogs, but she really would love a home with a male or be an only dog.
Bella needs to be fed currently in a kennel. Food is something she gets resourceful about around other dogs. She takes treats just fine around other dogs.
She does well in her crate, no accidents in the house, and would love a place to sleep on your bed.
Could you be the one to show Bella how fun life can be?
